Dosage? Has anyone tried this?

Hahaha, I think its fine this time just cause I want to do it... Just kidding. I will order some once I finish my DPT, which may be a while because I have 5 grams, but someone else should order some asap and let us know how it is.

 

The one thing that i've read is that it is really a local anaesthetic that acts is a similar method as Cocaine. It may have cocaine level anaesthesia with 1/4th the amount of cocaine. Some feel that the local anaesthetic effect is too strong at dosages that allow it to be Cocaine like.

It has been shown to be the most cocaine-like local anaesthetic

I'm assuming with the anasthetic effect and similarity to cocaine suggest insuffulation would be optimal?

 

Yeah thats what Im guessing I have never read a report about it at all. You should try a couple different ROAs and set the standard for this substance because you seem to be the first on the forum, or maybe the whole easily accessed internet to do it.

 

Assuming it's not, would you take our word for it? :cheers2:

"Of the local anesthetics tested, only dimethocaine showed full displacement of CFT binding (0-30 microM tested) and full inhibition of dopamine uptake (0-100 microM tested). Dimethocaine was only slightly less potent than cocaine with an estimated Ki of 1.4 micorM and an IC50 value of 1.2 microM for [3H]CFT binding and dopamine uptake."

 

I'll do my best to write my first really detailed reports of oral and iinsuffulation at least. I'm sure some have tried but I sure can't find much at all on it. Shipping time can be from 6 days to 3 weeks.
