Okay SWIM was called in for a surprise UA because several of his UA results came back as diluted. His PO made him wait in the office for a period of time before he took the UA to make sure he didnt try anything to invalidate the test. Lucky for SWIM he has not used anything. They probably expect the results to be positive. They mentioned possible hair testing. They also know SWIM has used DXM and implied that they could detect it through urine/hair testing. What can SWIM do to ensure that the lab doesn't report a diluted sample. SWIM also needs information on hair testing. Can alcohol be detected through hair and for how long, and will only occasional drinking show up in hair? SWIM's UA's include alcohol testing (EtG i think). SWIM has never had a positive UA.
Don' worry about the EtG it is not reliable, as far as your urine being diluted?? piss in front of the SOB, I am not sure why they would come back with that. If consume a large amount of water or liquids then release the concentrated urine, that can cause a diluted sample. What is wrong with drinking water? I wouldn't worry to much
