What's the difference between LSA and LSD. I am tempted to try LSD but it's a big step. But my one friend might get LSA towards the beginning of summer and we might do it. What's the difference and which do you like better? And I've done mushrooms a few times and smoked a fuck ton of weed. Did E a couple times too.

LSA is not really like LSD. Take LSD if you can. Take LSA if you can, too. I dont think it will prepare you though

If you've done mushrooms a few time you're plenty prepared.

maybe it will, a little bit. but i find it a peculiar psychedelic. not ideal, but definitely unique and interesting.

in my experience, which is relatively limited with both substances, LSD is pretty similar to mushrooms. easy on the body, little nausea or other body issues except during the onset sometimes, powerful "typical" psychedelic (in proper dosages) and a long plateau but also a long decline. one difference LSD has to mushrooms in effect is that it is more stimulating, while i find mushrooms relaxing though not sedating.

LSA, in my experience, is similar in the duration, about 10 hours or so, but the plateau is far briefer and closer to the beginning of the experience. unlike mushrooms or LSD, i found on LSA i had a dull ache in my stomach throughout the entire experience. it was alleviated to a great extent by periodically drinking cups of green tea with ginger (ginger is EXCELLENT for stomach issues) and smoking cannabis periodically as well.

the effects of LSA are somewhat sedating. 20 minutes after drinking the extract, i usually start feeling it, along with a strong urge to purge. i resist purging as long as possible to ensure that i absorb as much of it as possible, but by 30 or 40 minutes i find it irresistable. this is a good reason to do it on an empty or light stomach.

i usually am really feeling it strongly about an hour into it, and will eventually have the intense desire to lie down somewhere dark and quiet. for the next two hours or so, i'll fall into a dreamlike trance, bordering sleep but not meeting it, with mild visions with my eyes closed. the visions become a lot more interesting when i take just one or two small hits of salvia extract. nothing to overwhelm the experience, but enough to push it along a bit, to get it a little more profound. i'll do this 2-4 times during the peak, if i feel up to it, along with smoking cannabis. this can produce some very strong visions without the potentially frightening visions of an intense trip brought about by salvia alone.

once this period of sedated trancelike visions passes and i have my energy back, i "sober up" fairly quickly, but its basically just turning down the volume. there will be another good 5 hours or so of mild a mild, somewhat trippy tryptamine buzz before i'm back to baseline, and the stomach ache will persist throughout.

i would suggest both, honestly, but be prepared for some stomach upset with the LSA

lsa is similar to lsd, but i find it shares mainly in the visuals (to a lesser extent however). lsd is much more though. its more then just a viaual trip, its a mental one as well.

lsd is by far preferred to lsa. however, lsa is still decent in its own

I had a thought while on LSA about how to describe it. It's a little abstract. I felt that LSA had the exact same "structure" of experience as LSD, but without a DRIVE in it.

Like, they are both the same vehicle, but LSA lacks an engine. So on LSD you're being driven at light speed to profound realizations and cosmic union, while on LSA you're just kind of checking out the details and contours and functions of this strange vehicle, while not being propelled anywhere. It's a lot more sedate and purpose-less.

I have very limited experience with both however, and obviously dosage is wildly important. I'm actually going to do some LSA tonight hopefully, god i really don't want to puke lol (hbwr subling)

Well my successful LSA 'trip' (as opposed to other failed attempts or weak highs) was a while ago now but I dont remember it being anythin like LSD except in the way that it felt like i was on a psychedelic, and not in a shifting/warping sense but in a clear, colourful, crisp sense. Probably the most similar psychedelic effect I can compare my memory to is the comeup of mescaline trip, with the outward energy of a shroom trip (not much)

here's my best answer: lsa is like being real baked and taking a tiny ammount LSD while youre baked; you definitely trip, but its not asintense.

    I think LSA sucks.

I made it myself... and it didn't do very much.

    LSD on the other hand.......
