It's so good... it claims to have little to non calories and ect... but I think it's what is making me hold water, or something... this past week I started drinking it... but I feel bloated... Arg. Death to Diet Pepsi.

I usually don't either... I had a craving for one... and I'm sure they put some time of addictives in it... I generally dont' like 'pop'.... after this one I'm done for a while... Back to green tea.
any type of cola gives me some nasty stomach aches. it feels like the lining of my whole body is bleeding - which it probably is. Juice? What the fuck is juice? lol Arizona Grape Aid is the best grape shit ever.
I disagree - teas are great for you But being a slob and overall terrible person, I drink stuff that is not good for the body. Oh and I lied - I drank a Vess last night, I love Vess too

Drinking anything "diet" contains aspartame, which is poison and a neurotoxin. If you're smart, you will stop drinking it. Besides, aspartame actually makes you crave sweet foods, and studies have shown that there is really nothing "diet" about diet soda after all. It's toxic sludge and part of the reason so many Americans are obese. Regular soda is bad, too, but not nearly as bad as diet soda.

not exactly. water is a solvent and if you drink too much water it actually dehydrates you because its robs you of potassium when you piss it out. Drinking water is good but one should also drink juice or tea or something

I guess I was right that is was not treating me well... I think that's why I'm so bloated to be honest... That would make sense on why I keep craving them, even though I don't really like the shit, in general.... Back to tea and water it is! ....and and beer... can't give up the beer.
