i prefer die hard and die hard 2.

#1 and #2 were alright. I thought #3 blows chunk.

#1 is possibly the best action movie ever.
#2 took itself too seiously. come on, downing a plane full of civilians to make an example? no matter if the good guys win that day, it's still a tragedy.
#3 is a bit more fresh. breaks out of the formula a bit.
#4 ...why? and why such a pathetic title?

 

of course the original is the classic good one, but my personal fav is With A Vengance

 

I loved the Die Hard trilogy and John McClane. Looking forward to #4

 

I love these movies, but I guess I was never really into the whole Die Hard movies. I mean, don't get me wrong, I love them. But I wouldn't go crazy to watch them. Although if I am watching them I wouldn't complain.

 

Die hard 4? Wow! I'll book some ticket, then!

its out now and i cant wait to go see it, the trailers look amazing. die hard 1 was great, number 2 wasnt al that good and number 3 was great i wonder how the 4th will turn out to be

 

just saw die hard 4(live free or die hard) last night. AWESOME. such a great, and it kept the "rythm" or whatever that all the other die hards had. had some funny wit every now and again. and of course mcClane says "wippee kiyay motherfucker" (it wouldnt have been have been a true die hard if he didnt say it)

Number 4 rocked!!!!!!! Although it was obvious it was just made for the money it was still really fun and cool to watch

 

I enjoy the first 3 very much. Then i went and saw the 4th last week. HORRIBLE some parts were ok but when he wrestled that jet and drove the semi up the falling briding and all that shit im thinkin to myself. "OH KNOW I DIDNT JUST SEE THAT"

 

I saw the 4th die hard and it's is by far the best imo. constant action just never stops. Not really realistic but i was there for explosions and gun fights not so much the story.

 

I haven't seen any of the others but I saw Die Hard 4.0 today and I thought it was awsome! A little over the top but that's part of its charm!

 

The fourth one was simply awesome. It was funny, full of action but not any long drawn-out scenes, the story was cool, etc. I definitely recommend going to see it if you haven't already!

 

Die Hard 1 is the best because it's the original of the series, but Die Hard 4 is really close. I like Die Hard 2 a lot more than 3.
