...that if you go on a hunger strike in a california state prison after three days they will tie you down and force feed you by shoving tubes down your throat and sticking needles in your body?
There is no way to appeal this or get recognition of this. To me this is rape.

I just had an itnense discussion with my grandma about this because she is the one who informed me after I told her about this link below, and she has been a nurse in a maximum security prison her whole life.

Once I was mistakenly diagnosed as being in a coma-like state as if I was totally piss drunk and passed out but actually I was totally fine just detached from my senses to the the point that I was having a prolonged and intense out of body experience.
When I came back I was tied to a table with a tube in my fucking dick. The cathider damaged the tissue in my willy and I have had ocasional extreme(sometimes unbearable but its just a flash when its that bad) pain in my urinary tract every so often ever since. I think I was raped, because I did not need a cathider and if the nurses had used their minds instead of following procedure it would not have happened. I do not blame the nurses of course, because that is how they were trained. To do their job.
I believe in fasting, and knowing that it is possible for someone to force feed me against my purifying spiritual intent is a rape I can barely compensate for.

Well, in prison you are there to serve time, not act like a child to get what you want. I'm sure they've already been raped, Herbuh, they are in prison, after all...

 

It's to protect their own asses...like what if you went on a hunger strike and died? Suddenly all the headlines would read stuff like "Inmate Dies of Starvation" and the whole country would be all over them. While you're under their roof (and lock and key) it's their responsibility to keep you as healthy and safe as possible. (insert cracks about dropping soap here...you know you want to) So I guess they couldn't have people starving to death in their prison - might give them a bad reputation.

Do you have any idea how FUNKING difficult it is to fast for 73 days? It takes more pure wholesome intent than any other force inthis planet. It goes against every natural fiber of our being to do something like that. I could not think of a more powerful statement and this is how Ghandi changed India.
Was Ghandi childish? Of course: that is how he suceeded.
What if india had force fed Ghandi? Maybe some meat protein? The scandal would have been unreal.

 

Yeah, I did know about this and it's not just in California. But that is really horrible someone should sue.
