I was watching this show on A&E called "Steven Seagal: Lawman" and apparently he's been a cop in Louisiana for the past 20 years:confused:. I always thought the show was like a scripted sitcom kind of thing but it's actually like the show "Cops", only it follows Steven Seagal when he's out on patrol. It's pretty entertaining and the guy's just a badass.

It's funny when he's arresting people high on crack or something and they're like "OMG are you Steven Seagal? You're Steven fucking Seagal I love you man!"

How weird would that be if you got pulled over or something and it was just Steven Seagal? Would you spend a night in jail to say that you've been arrested by Steven Seagal? If I was really drunk I think might, I'd make him fight for it though.

ok... where is the hidden camera?,.
we was just talking about steve here 20min ago.

i believe some of it is scripted.. I really like steve, but I dont buy the whole act..... aikido yes..

the old donut eating pigs ability to hang with steve.. fuck no..

the scene where they are going to secure a loaded cocked revolver.. if a rookie in the field needs verbal instructions to secure it, the state of Law enforcement is worse than I imagined..

I like his singing ...I hate his acting

the good part about the show though is that if you watch it enough you realize he's not anywhere near as arrogant as he first seems...

Ya like all shows I'm sure it's scripted to a degree. He's never the first car to respond to an incident, he shows up after it's all secured and stands around being a badass.

I have never understood why the American government has not enlisted Steven Seagal, Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger as a special forces team.

With them in place they could eliminate the regular military forces and end all world conflict within an average of 90 minutes.

I think its sort of pathetic in a way, cause Louisiana isnt all that stable.. you got your pick of crime everywhere.. Or the bait car thing,. /they set up bait car where a nigga aint got shit!!.

And all they are really doing is selling a TV SHOW to R-tards that buy it.. I can imagine some the racial assholes that just get off on watching a show that targets blacks and hispanics. The millions it cost to produce the show could be used to help the community not split it up.. Its business.

Dog bounty hunter on an island. like duh eventually you will catch someone on an island. Thats hella lame!

Lawman is a glorified Cops with a celebrity. Eric Estrada did the same thing a while back..

I did know that he is a kinda of a cop. Thanks to his new show.
I think he is what we would call a "Special Police Officer".
It seems that Steve is a Peace Officer.

He claims to have graduated from a police academy in California over twenty years ago and has a certificate from Peace Officer Standards & Training (POST)

Regardless if that is accurate, I liked "Peace Officer" :p

Yeah I knew he was a cop. I think he's a sheriff, actually. He's also been accused of keeping sex slaves:

On April 14, 2010, the series was suspended by Jefferson Parish, Louisiana Sheriff Newell Normand due to the sexual trafficking lawsuit filed against Seagal, a case later dropped
