Let’s use this thread as the exercise thread. No matter what kind of exercise you do please post it here. Today I did a little jog of 10 miles, after that I went and got my fingernails and toenails done. Then a nice relaxing massage. I feel awesome!
shoulders/back/biceps. then i showered, and then everyone needed me at once when i was supposed to be at a meeting, so i ran around work and got all sweaty again.
I went to the gym. Twice. I did my usual 15 minutes each time on a Cybex arc trainer. Well... more like 17 minutes each time. I also walked 4 laps at the big mall and 5 laps at the little mall. That was my exercise.
I get my cardio exercise in every day at work, then on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays I lift weights.
i wouldn't call it exercize specifically, but i got off my fat ass and went out and took care of something i've been needing to for rather a long time.
lol. that's pretty much my furst thought when someone says "exercize". one more way i'm like a cat. i'll play and work to actually do something, but exercize just to be exercizing, no. i'd rather be loading or unloading hundred pound sacks on or off a truck, then those stupid excercize machines, or calisthenics or whatever. i know, my age i should be doing isometrics for cardio or something. but still eff no.
