    Jesus was indeed a man.

One who proved it was possible to complete the last step of evolution.

i guess he thinks he's insulting us.
little does he know that most people dont think Jesus was God. If he was God then who did he pray to? He was the only Son of God, but not God himself.

You are missing the point of the Holy Trinity- the idea that God the Father, Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit are one and the same God. This is the traditional Christian belief, based on St. Augustine.

The majority of Christians DO believe Christ was God- at least those based on Catholicism (including all Protestants).

    Peace and love

Yes Jesus was God, but also Jesus was a man. I am pretty sure Jesus had the same bodily functions that any man would have. How else woul he share in our humanity?

Actually ... now let's be rational...

Occam has a point. This thought has crossed my mind too... If his Blood and Body were the "redemption" of the world and have Divine power... why wouldn't all his bodily fluids have the same Divinity attatched to it?

And if he was God made flesh... then were did he poo? Is there perhaps Gardens or places of powerful worship in these places?

And no i'm not being sarcastic... or making jokes.

This is actually something that has crossed my mind and would love to discuss openly, since it goes into "Christology" theories which I happen to love talking about...

Us? Nods Exactly. I too a long time Chirstian am realizing the Divide and Conquer Mentality/Philosophy of Christianity is going against the very gospel it preaches.

"THEY" better start shifting "their" Consciousness to the "ONE-NESS" and the "WE" Philosophy that "their" "GOD" tried to teach "THEM" in the first place ;) ;)

the Days of us and them, I and you, and all that crap is coming to an end if you ask me any...

    Christology 101 pop quiz

What is the "son of god"?

Becareful now... your about to talk about the very first thing God created. Obviously you can't say jesus was the first thing god created cause the planet was here before him. Yet he said he was the first thing god created...

    HMmmmmmmmmm

So right there we can establish there is alot more to this cat then his human form sitting there talking to us. And Whatever he "is" he has existed for alot longer then he has in the form of Jesus.

    So...

He is more then a man, and the first thing God Created.

    WHAT IS HE?

Well if you look at his whole life... I hope you agree with me that he was the perfect living example of unconditional love ever by word and example...

So... since all matter comes from energy... hmmm

TOTAL AND ABOSLUTE LOVE INCARNATE PERHAPS??

Yah the all of us combined as one theory fits a description offered by St-Paul.

It's plausible... but if it's that then it can't be just Humanity... It has to be all the universe too all of space time and matter has to be one "IN" chirst. That's mind BLOWING. To say the least.

That also brings up the question of wheather or not we can all be "Christs"...

Honnestly. If everything is ONE IN him then in theory EGO should be able to be overriden and we should be able to BE him. ... NO?

Well the blood has obvious Passover metaphors attached to it. "The blood that was spilled for all humanity" is a phrase I think Paul uses.

I do not think Jesus bodily functions take on a holy significance. He was a human, so they are merely human things. Why his birth place would be important is because that is where the incarnation came into the world. It is the spot where it can be argued that the son of God became the son of Man. Where he poops is irrelevent.

I brought this up in another thread, but did Jesus have wet dreams?

Well in traditional Christology/trinitarian theology Jeuss is not "made" by god. Jesus is existent "In the beginning (there was the Word etc)". If Jesus is God, how did God create a part of the interlocking Trinity?

I agree that Jesus the man was created by God, Jesus' life is a great model for love and obidience to God, but it is quite simple to me. Jesus is a man, Christ is the Son of God. At once Jesus is both Son and Man, but in earthly existence, forgoes his Godliness and takes on the challange of humanity.

    Exactly

    And in general.
    We should really say.
"The feaces that was spilled for all humanity"

Somehow there was an immaculate misconception.
And one poor bugger that wanted to make tables got turned
into a god without an asshole.
A good man and true.. with great ideas that would
never stop weeping for all the HORROR that has been done in his name.
All this does not worry me
for i have come to realise that INSANITY
Is a term made by man
    And we EXCELL at it.
