why is it that guys can send me dic pics on all my apps. they can send one without even asking from their school classroom, restaurant, mom toilet, anywhere. but if i ask for a picture of their face, their phone has a problem and they have no way to take a picture

Sending dick selfies to anyone other than your girlfriend/wife is totally uncool. If it’s asked for, that’s one thing. But to just send one? That’s an invasion. At least in my book.
