What do people think of Devil Driver

 

I think they kick ass.

 

they are good but not as good as coal chamber

 

I know people who swing both ways on the coal chamber/devil driver subject but I enjoy both about the same mybe devil driver a little bit more as they are the ones that first got me into heavy

 

I don't have anything with this kind of stuff at all. Coal chamber's not my cup of tea neither.

i was surprised it was good at all since coal chamber sucked ass

 

devildriver are the shit. dez fafera has worked wonders in the different distinct sounds that he has produced in coal chamber and devildriver. devildriver are one of my favourite bands, dez's growl is boss. i'd advise people to download "knee deep", "end of the line", and "revelation machine" coz they are well worth a listen.

 

devil driver kicks ass, I got to meet dez in jacksonville florida....it was cool as hell......coal chamber is pretty good sometimes, but I prefer DD 99% of the time....

Coal Chamber are a very nothingy korn rip-off band, Devildriver are enjoyable and catchy. Dez has definitely upped his game with this band.

 

Coal Chamber, a very nothingly Korn rip-off band? they sound nothing like Korn and stand miles above them... may i ask what in the name of hell you are talking about?

 

To me, a former owner of Coal Chamber albums. Their music is a boring repetition of two down-tuned chords. Nothing interesting of exciting about it. And I would say that if there wasn't korn there would never have been Coal Chamber.

well fair enough on your comparison, but my doubts go into the last sentence. korn did come before coal chamber though, so who knows what would've happened without korn.

 

I used to like Coal CHamber alot, back in my 'Grunger days'

 

I like devil driver I got to see them at ozzfest on 04 they were pretty sweet as I am a big fan of coal chamber. But im a fan of this newer "Metalcore" stuff too like LOG Devil driver and God forbid. Its all good in my eyes...I just love metal....Not Wikid Wisdom though...

 

Coal Chamber sucks. I never really liked them. Devildriver is one of my favorite metal bands. When you go to their concert, its all about the Circle pits baby. i always end up losing a shoe in the circle pit. But yeah if you ask anyone who has been to metal concerts, and they have seen DevilDriver, Anyone will tell you DevilDriver has theee most vicious fucking pit. I love it.
