John Maxwell is one of the greatest self-help book authors, in my opinion. In particular, I like his books: Developing the Leader Within You; Developing the Leaders Around You; and, Becoming a Person of Influence. These 3 books do a good job of identifying ways to improve your self-talk, self-image and self-expression as a leader. Anyone else have a favorite leadership development book? Perhaps by Maxwell?
One of the greatest book that I've ever read is the Bible. It did really help me a lot. When I'm about to give up I just hang on to it. It really make sense in reading that book.
