detoxification

    I was wondering if anybody has much experience with this stuff. i don't want to buy any kits or anything. i'd like in depth info...fruit? what different kinds? combo of fruit and veg, just juice, total fasting...energy levels and exercise at the same time. anuthing prudent.

    drinking lots and lots of water, like 2-3 gallons a day, is the easiest and safest way to detox. Another thing to do is make sure not to eat any foods you have the slightest allergy to. Avoid anything with chemicals in the ingredients, go for the stuff that either grows or bleeds, nothing processed or pre-packaged, pre-prepared. Strengthen your immune system, and it will help you get rid of the toxins in your body. Then flush them out with lots of water.


    .... but depends on what you are really talking about. If it's a one-time thing for a piss test, get some of that herbal tea.

    no, not for test, just for health. i figured i would not do meat or dairy, maybe wheat too, then maybe add them in one at time to test wether they make me feel different. what beautiful little girls.

    the body is always trying to detox...its just a matter of letting it. the body loves us unconditionally and always trys to clean crap out of us, but we assault it so much that it cant...the body has AMAZING natural healing abilities if we just let it be and rest, and some kits and herbs are more than helpful im sure...but i think the bodys very smart and can handle a lot on its own if we just work with it wisely.

    the digestive system is the bulkiest in the body and requires the most energy, fasting and giving this system a MUCH deserved and needed rest..allows the body to begin to work on other areas its neglected for a long time, where many different toxins have been building up. the body doesnt know what to do with toxins, or how to use them. it cant use things like high fructose corn syrup, so it panics and puts it in your thighs or something.. hence the obesity epidemic since our supermarkets are so full of processed packaged un-natural foods that the natural body does not recognize. simple juice fasting will do amazing things for your body... or the master cleanse which is just like lemons and maple syrup, is supposed to be a really good one.

    once you detox though, you want to stay that way. that means no more processed foods...no more high sugar forming starches, no cooked denatured foods void of vital enzymes and minerals, no more junk. you gotta learn what to eat or else youll just ruin all the detoxing you do...

    one huge step you can take is start breaking-fasts with fruit. eating fresh organic fruit for break-fast instead of processed or fatty foods makes a big difference. its not wise to break fasts with fatty foods...
