I've been wanting to visit Canada for years, so I may start planning for something in the near future. The west side with the Rockies appeals to me a lot. Does anyone know of any places that are not the obvious tourist destinations that are cool to check out? Any links to sites etc... would be greatly appreciated!
check out robert's creek! you take a ferry there from horseshoe bay in vancouver. very hippy and artist friendly, community based, tons of forest to explore, right on the ocean, everyone is friendly. it was my home away from home when van got too messy for me. i loved it and miss it all the time
