Desperate Housewives

I used to think Desperate Housewives was the best show ever. The first season rocked. Now it sucks. Have the writers exhausted themselves from the first season? The second season has been a terrible let down. Now they're just killing off characters and bringing long conflicts to an end very quickly.

 

Well i must say i still love desperate housewives, even tho i must say
i kinda agree with you.

They totally screwed up the mistery thing. now everything moves so slow
i dont even know what the damn mistery is anymore. The Applewhite's are
just a pain in the ass to tell u the truth, the fact that they're hiding
caleb who is supposed to be a killer, so what, that's kinda stupid.

Now Mathew is threatening Bree and all this shit, that stupid kid is
making things even more bored.

I must say, i still watch it every single sunday withouht missing not
even a minute of it but is definately not the same.

i actually have not been watching religously like i used to. They let the plot slip. Supposedly they wanted to "try" new things and see "what they could do" with the plot. I say what ever they are doing isn't working for them. They should just stick to what they had origionally planned.

 

I dunno, I stil love watching it. i think that the fact that I'm totally in love with this show kinda hides all the crap bits of the plot for me ...

 

season finale=weak

 

I have seasons one and two- and I love watching.
I didnt expect Gabby Solis to be the mothering type-
and I didnt expect her husband (good catholic) to ACTUALLY get her back.
However, i THINK the first season was just so spicy, and original in storyline that
the writers did the best they could with seasons two. I mean, the first season was a shocker, and season two was more of a follow up.

 

I think the show is getting a bit rediculous now. The whole child molester thing was kind of jumping the shark.

I love it. I was so scared when I thought Lenette was going to get shot and Bree was going to die that I had to stop myself from hiding behind my pillow. Silly eh.
