Hello Everybody, I am 32 years old man .I am suffering from stomach disorder. As I am employed in coal mines and the water in that area contain a lot of iron I think this problem arises because of that. Lastly when I consulted my doctor he also told me that this is happening due to iron mixed water and advice me to take Desferal mesylate. I want suggestion regarding functioning of this drug.
