Buy any hamburguer beef you can find in the supermarket. Buy hamburguer bread, onions, bacon and cheddar cheese. Onions = fried with a lil oil (olive the better) Bacon = cooked on a skillet (as usual) Beef = cooked on skillet (as usual) put everything together on the bread and add a lil mayonese and voilá!!
Delicious and simple. I like to be more creative with my burgers though, and always use a charcoal grill.
cook the bacon slightly, then shred the bacon and cheese into the meat, make patties, cook as usual, dress up as desired.
I like to leave the bacon whole. But ill chop up the onions as well as some garlic, maybe some peppers too if I'm feelin it, and mix that into the meat that's been marinated in Some sauteed mushrooms are always nice as well
There's like an American Style diner down in the main street and they do awesome hamburgers. I can never seem to find the big ass nice soft rolls take away stores use.
burger means it's on a grill if its on a stove/flat top they are sliders and are generally smaller or flattened and cooked quickly with onions and butter and i never ever everrrrrr put mayo on a burger...straight ruins it. peanut butter on occasion.
