Sign this petition to tell the San Francisco Board of Supervisors that it's time to decriminalize psychedelic plants and fungi.

Already Denver and Oakland have passed decriminalization legislation, and Berkeley is aiming to hold their final vote by December, 2019. It's time San Francisco, the birthplace of the psychedelic revolution, become a leader in standing for justice, nature and public health.

A growing body of scientific research is proving what indigenous people have known for millenia, entheogenic plants and mushrooms (e.g. Ayahuasca and Psilocybin) are:

    - Not addictive
    - Can be beneficial for easing depression and PTSD
    - Low risk for physical harm and toxicity
    - Can confer varied health, mental and spiritual benefits

And yet the city of San Francisco still prosecutes the cultivation and growth of these plants and fungi. It's time for San Francisco to decriminalize nature.
