I am trying to find a way to make this vegetarian... well, even vegan, I am trying to stay away from dairy.

    WASABI-RANCH DRESSING:
1/2 cup Hidden Valley Ranch bottled salad dressing
2 tablespoons buttermilk (or whole milk)
    1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
    1/2 teaspoon powdered wasabi
    1 drop green food coloring

I am going to leave out the green food coloring... cause, who really needs that? But any suggestions for a sub for buttermilk/whole milk and the ranch dressing would be great.
    Thanks!

any non dairy milk would do.
    as for the ranch:
    Vegan Ranch Dressing

    Ingredients:
    1 cup vegan mayonnaise
    1 cup plain soy milk
    1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    2 teaspoon minced parsley
    1 garlic clove, finely minced
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    Directions:
Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well to blend. Makes 2 cups.

Note: Best if chilled several hours or overnight.
