Oh my brothers, wouldn’t it be the logical thing to assume that all matter in the universe is energy? Energy never dies, it only changes form. Therefore, when your body dies, wouldn’t it be a logical assumption to believe that the matter that once was your body will merely change? Certainly your consciousness will no longer identify itself with the body and name that you once had. Therefore aren’t you already immortal, eternal? And wouldn’t it mean that death is the great illusion, and that fear is nothing but a joke?

i think in regard to GOD that, if we believe this then we never die, our matter, or spirit, even our consciousness would continue and we would suffer EGO DEATH, forgetting completely, through a thourough cleansing, all.

is consciousness what we percieve? Does it effect our actions? Does it cause our actions?

Yea I guess your right about the non existence, but what I'm thinking is that our consciousness MERGES with the bigger one, God or whatever. Besides, what is non existence? I don't think there is any such thing, unless your talking about 'ME' not existing.

    Tisbutehname,
    Well said.

Hikaru believes that the death of one's ego is the beginning of the greatest life. =)
