Dead Heads for Obama

Please get out to all your Friends and make sure they are voting Obama in November. If they are already pro-Obama, make sure they actually get out and vote.
If they are on the fence, do what you must to convince them that another four years of Republican rule would be a tragedy to say the least. We are facing a crucial moment in time and it is up to us to protect the world from the dying elite (McCain, Bush, etc...) and save it for our futures and the futures of our children.

Obama is the lesser of the two evils. I think im going to vote independent or something. Until we get somebody in there thats not a republican or a democrat things will pretty much stay the same imo.

I am all for the destruction of the two party system. But you do understand that a vote for a third party, is an indirect vote for McCain?? You would be apart of the problem. Obviously Obama is a far, far superior candidate to McCain. Do not be foolish. Vote Obama. Save your protest vote for 2012.

 

went to the warfield show "deadheads for obama" last winter in sf. i hadnt seen all the boys together since 2004. i think its great that bobby and phil can find common ground on this subject and see through theyre own personal differences in order to spread a message. and the message is if yer really fed up with all this shit then do somthin about it. this isnt only our country. it belongs to our parents. do you want them to have a nice life when theyre old? or do you want them to have all theyre hard earn and hard saved pay or do you want them to be paying for some other fuckers crime?this country belongs to our children. do you want them to know liberty and freedom and enterprise? or would you like them to know war and poverty. do you want them to be paying for a war that we were too busy looking at our I pods and watching american idol, to stop. ya know bobby told us "we will leave this place an empty stone, or that shinning ball of blue we could call our home"

obama, and mccain are terrible candidates. look at all the bad judgment calls in obamas voting record. look at the flipflopping in obamas voting record. look at what he and his running mate want to do in Pakistan.

look at what our economy has become because we continue to feed into this fake two party system. nothing changes. did you watch the most recent debate, they pretty much agreed with each other on everything.

if you really want to see "the destruction of the two party system", then don't be hypocritical, and vote third party, or write in.

Besides that direct quote....the amount of Obama shirts were amazing. Buttons on at least a third of the people. Kids drawing peace and Obama pics.

As I was driving home yesterday, listening to NPR, they were discussing group mentality and how when a group tends to feel united in an opinion, their tactics of getting recognized as being the most in favor of the opinion.....get bigger and bigger. I saw just this.

 

fuck obama. so many people are following him because of what the media says. you all are sheep. use you own brains not what you see and hear on tv and radio and billboards and all the other tools the media uses to trick all the sheep. tthe liberal media is setting standards for how the people should think.....its sad. im voting independent. obama has two year us govt experience.. incomparison to john mccain who has served this country in wwII and vietnam he has purple hearts and countless medals of honor, plus 25 + years of govt experience. im not for mccain but lets use logic here people. obama seems real qualified doesnt he? i wonder where he would be without the media. they are both are so far to each of their sides and the sad thing is people are so set on...oh im a democrat that means i can only vote democrat.....that is sad it shouldnt be about what side your on but what the character and beliefs of the cadidate are. all i ask is dont vote for obama because johnny depp or some other media celebrity says you should. go with your instincs and use your brain dont follow the heard dont be a sheep. in no way do i support mccain or obama. im just sick of everything being obama i saw a coffee cup on the ground from 711 the other day the advertisement said vote in 08 OBAMA OBAMA but no where did it say anything else about the other canadates. to me thats a big red flag and it just really makes me sad

at the show I attended monday I felt like everyone was a robot. The set list even made me feel like geeze is this the Grateful Dead or a government conspiracy.

Vote independent (and by extension McCain) and see where this country will go. I am not going to say Obama will fix everything, but you must know that McCain will make things far worse.

McCain is erratic and hot tempered. he has had no organization to his campaign, how would he run this country??? The man is incapable of hiding his emotions. How would he deal with world leaders who disagree? He plans on giving tax breaks to big business and the most wealthy. He wants to continue the war in Iraq which costs us 10 billion dollars a month, thats $10,000,000,000 a month and has no intention of bringing it to an end.

Obama will lower most (95%) of Americans taxes. He will bolster the middle class, a word McCain has refused to say in any of the debates.
