I have become interested in my dad's coworker. My dad works at a car dealership since he retired and when I got my car I met this guy there who also sells cars. He's 19 and very much my type, and also seems to be interested in me.

Things are complicated. He is kind of my dad's boss as weird as it sounds and my dad doesn't like him at all. I really want to pursue it but I'm holding off because I just don't know what to do. If we did date it would be flaunted in my dad's face, and also my dad has told me that all this guy is about is sex(which is pretty much the same for me.) Also if we did date and broke up my dad would have trouble working with the guy when the relationship went bad(at least my mom told me that if we broke up no matter what my dad would probably beat the kid up). He's really sweet and we have a lot in common.

    Any help?

If you both are just all about sex, then why date? Better question...aren't there enough other guys to tap than ones that work with your dad? This IMO should be left alone if this is nothing more than a casual fling thing cause anyway you spin this it will make life difficult for your father. Is a piece of ass worth that? Evidently you father must have noticed this nice guy running thru some girls or heard callous remarks for him to think this guy is all about sex.
