my dude is WAY prettier than me. i'm like, natty crazy hippy bohemian cool... and he's just a beautiful man. we live in an uber gay area, and he's always getting hit on. such a prettyboy!

Wow, if you are actually jelous of how a guy looks then he must be pretty freaking beautiful.

I try to make a point not to date guy's who care more about their appearance then a chick does. It put's me off.

Just get to know him, and you'll work it out. Just because someone is beautiful on the outside doesn't mean they are beautiful on the inside. Ad to me, that's what counts the most.

I'm trying to get some sort of perspective on this. Are you sure he is hotter than you? Does he know how good looking he is?

Another thing, I value being liked for what is inside my head and my heart infinitely more than being liked for my looks. For this reason I don't think I would like to be pretty, and maybe your guy just wants to be himself. Maybe the best thing you could do for him would be to overlook his prettiness and not make a huge deal out of it.

You're right actually , I dont know if he's hotter than me. But he's really goodlooking and he models...I'd post his pics, but I wouldnt like it if someone posted my pics without me knowing, so I wont do that.
And he's always sorrounded by girls. He knows he's hot, but he's not too arrogant and he's actually nice and smart.

So I dont really know the point of this thread. Yeah...

sometimes i think my man is more beautiful than me. and he puts minimal effort into his appearance. he just wakes up every morning looking like he came out of a catalogue... sometimes i wonder why he's with me! it takes me a lot of effort to look nice

I know what you mean though, my husband looks like a tall Tom Cruise (I think my husband is hot but I don't like Tom Cruise, weird?), and he would get hit on all the time when we were younger, right in front of me!! But he is easygoing and smart and generally a really good guy (and unaware of when women are flirting with him), so I agree with everyone, it is what is inside that counts. If he is aware that he is good-looking that's fine, but he sounds like a good bloke too
