Anyone familiar with this New Age belief?

When you polarize as a lightworker, you devote your life to serving the greater good. When you polarize as a darkworker, you devote your life to serving yourself.

I'm interested in darkworking. I think it will rectify trauma from the past because then I learned from it and grew into something better. I think it will allow me to stop obsessing and being paranoid over conventional people and what they try to get me to do. Also, I find it very appealing to be the most important person in the universe and to perceive the entire society as operating for my benefit, like a goddess. Plus it will make me way more productive apparently.

The only thing I don't like about it is that eventually the paths become one in the same, as in order to help people you have to help yourself and vice versa.

    Have you heard of this?

If I was to be either assuming. I read that right, I would be a lightworker.

I like to that also benefits others or protects them or brings them new hope. Many of my jobs included those options and only a few jobs benefited no one but the company making the buck but it was also about making money to survive.
