Cuyahoga, Ohio Music Festival in August

Howdy ladies and gents...
So there's this pretty cool concert on the way. August 4(or 3rd...I don't recall, but it's a Thursday) in Cuyahoga, Ohio.

The bands are numerous, and some are still yet to be announced...but the ones I can list off the top of my head are Wolfmother, Sonic Youth, Deathcab for Cutie, the Go Team, Secret Machines, The Holdsteady, She Wants Revenge, and headlined by one of the most wonderful bands out there today: The Flaming Lips.

Anyway, I'm going to be headed out there, and was wondering if anyone from the ol' forum was planning on it too?
