We danced in the warm comforting rays of summer. We laughed together without shame as the wind tickled our ears and the sun kissed our faces. Primitive excitement coursed through my veins, and your eyes gleamed with joy and curiosity. I turned back to the vast red sea and bid it farewell. We were embarking on a journey further and further inland; all fear abandoning us, and curiosity rushing forth to take its place. We continued on with no concern for survival or wellbeing; only a longing to taste the forbidden fruit we knew we could never righteously consume. Curiosity killed the cat. We are not cats.
