someone is calling me over and over again from a blocked number leaving fucked up voicemails like theyre jerking off into the phone and saying they saw naked pics of me online(there are none). i dont reconize they voice as anyone i know..my theory is that someone really hates me and put my cell phone number online in a chat or something to get back at me, or this is someone's idea of a sick joke

how can i find out whos number this is? can i call the phone company and if so can i get this person in trouble cuz im soo pissed off

There is a thrill in feeling creeped out. Part of us seek that feeling.

I don't think people deserve or don't deserve anything.

    You're thinking in reward/punishment terms.

you didnt specify wether its a cell or landline, but on my cell, and on some landlines you have the option of blocking all unidentified numbers. I have it turned on, if u dont want me to know who u are calling me, then we dont need to speak. I also never answer a call from a number not in y contacts. as a last resort, change ur number, and set it to unlisted or private.

Star 69? If that doesn't return a number, then the last option is paying a buttload of money to get the police to trace the call. It's possible, we've looked into it, but $10 per call is soooo not worth finding out who those unknown or blocked callers are.

    This happened on last tuesday:

I was alone in my home when my phone rang.
I ansvered and the "phoner said is Emma there?"
I said: "No, i don't know any Emma you must have wrong number"
Then it was like five minutes and it happened again. This happened like three times and then it stopped for like ten minutes.
The the same person called many times but i just put my cell mute and try not to care.
Well when she had called many times i ansvered and she said "Why did you call to our Emma?" "I said i don't know any Emmas i told ya!" and she was okay bye bye.

The thing that was irritating is it that she called me so many times in to a wrong number and didn't even say sorry.

call your phone company, tell them what's going on (you don't have to include details) and they will have a few solutions for you.

i used to work customer service for a landline phone co, but sounds like your getting the calls from your cell right>? call the cell phone company, tell them your being harrassed and if they can trace the call if its really creeping you out, and it wont stop, its up to you how serious it is. otherwise, if theres no number on the caller id, dont answer!

I had a lady do that to me once when I was living at my parents'. They gave me my own phone line for Christmas my freshman year of high school and not too long afterwards, the phone rang and this lady asked for somebody I'd never even heard of. Told her she had the wrong number. Repeat this process, but add her getting angrier every call. Finally my dad answered. Then she realized that she had the wrong number. FINALLY.
