Hey everyone! During this quarentaine time I came up with the idea to create a closed meditation and yoga group. Where everybody can share there practice and we motivatie each other, daily! Does anyone has ideas/tips or are there people who would like to join? Or maybe you already know a group like this. Let me know! (you could also send me a message)
I was facilitating a Buddhist meditation group; when the pandemic hit, we went on-line with Zoom. However, it's not at all the same 'vibe' as you get from sitting together, which is what everyone wanted from the experience, so it's tapered off drastically. We still sit via Zoom, and once it's safe to do so, we'll start sitting together again.
