umm...i just made them and feel good about them, so i decided to share. apx. 1/3 cup oats, put into blender to create rough flour 1/2 cup flour, either white, wheat, barley bunch o sugar (i use about 1/2 cup) vanilla 1/3 cup sweet potato puree (it's great- don't skip this part- you just boil the potato (about one medium sized one) and then stick it in the blender) 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup oil maybe some soy milk if you need it to be a bit moister - won't hurt. nuts, choco chips, etc. bake 30 minutes, rotate, bake 10 more. for a splendid icing to follow: blanche 1/4 of one lb tofu (this is bout 1/4 package - boil for a couple of minutes, to heat and remove flavor) food process this with 3 tbsp generously of peanut butter 3 heaping tbsp cocoa powder some sugar vanilla allow to sit in fridge for a little, or add onto brownie mix and bake along with brownie for an interesting top layer.
