Crazy bird people unite!

    I am the proud owner of 8 parrots...2 of which are my sons (cockatiels)

    Anyone else a parront?

    Erleen: Congo african grey, almost 6mo old
    Bubba: Sun conure, almost 6mo old
    Zoey: Red front macaw, 10mo old
    The Dude: Hahn's macaw, about a year and a half old
    Boogie: Patagonian conure, close to 2 years old
    Wasabi: Quaker parrot, about a year and a half old

    My son's cockatiels: Pretzel and Benson both about a year or so old

    My kinds of birds can't speak... but they can sure make a rabbit scream!

    I have an 11 year old cockatiel named Chipper. The only thing she says is, "It's you!!" Whenever I walk in the door.

    I have a Jardine parrot. She understands what a lot of words mean. She askes for treats, to come out of her cage. God help me if i forget to say good night at bed time caus she won't talk to me for about a week.

    I have owned a cockatiel before her name was flash named after one of my favorite superhero. As to other birds I plan on getting a falconers license, and I also plan on owning doves and chickens, maybe a peacock or two

    If you want to be a falconer you better be prepared to put all your time into that bird... It's not a hobby.
