this happened when I put everything I had left in the kitchen into to a frying pan, then added some spices and cooked it. it was really good.

note: i'm only out of food because I've been too lazy to drag my ass to the grocery store.

    -1 green perpper
    -1 onion
    -1 carrot
    -few sticks of wilted celery
    -2 garlic cloves
-1 tomato (cut off and disgard mouldy spots)
    -some chopped brocally stems
    -juice of a whole lime
    -1/4 cup cashews

-1/4 can english bitter beer (bodingtons)
    -some cooking oil (for frying)

    -1tbls dill
    -1tbls cilantro
    -1tbls majoram
-1 tsp peppercorn mix (black & red peper, corinader, allpsice)
    -1/2 tsp cumin
    -1tsp wasabi powder
    -1tbls ground chiliies
    -salt to taste

-cooked rice for serving it on. (1 cup dry)

    ---------
Grate The carrot, & chop up vegies and toss it all in the frying pan with the oil and nuts. once its been frying for few minutes add in teh spices and beer.
Get the rice boiling before you start frying, when its all cooked, mix everything together and dig in. should serve 2

Glad I'm not the only one who takes whatever the fuck is in the fridge and creates a meal.
