court date

about 5 months ago i got busted with a sister DUI offence, possesion of mary jan. and paraphanelia..

one month ago i had my court date. the judge basically forced me to plead not guilty and to talk to the DA. i did and he said i will plead guilty to the dui and possesion and he'll drop the paraphenila charge.

now my next court date to decide all this is coming up this tuesday. he said i will probably have to take a drug assesment class to see if i will do drugs again. though im not sure when this class will take place.

now my question is if i will be tested on my court date this coming tuesday. last time i smoked was mid december and i have been drinking a lot of water and cranberry juice. im about 6 2 and 190 pounds.

im still a little freaked out about the date. and if im going to be tested or not.


can someone give me a piece of mind. or. preparation.

How much were you smoking before that? If you were clean before and just smoke once, you might be okay. Your best bet is to drink tons of water and take a vitamin. Your timeframe is definetly a little uncomfortable, but I'd say you 50/50 okay.

Now, its time to get smart, lay low while you take you licks, do your time, and THEN enjoy a fine fine bowl without concern.

 

i was clean before that. then i smoked 3 days in a row. and haven't touched it since.

and im not going to be a dumb ass and smoke while im on probation because "i love mary jane and miss her so much!!" its not worth more jail time.

i was definatly thinking finding clean urine is the best idea. and i have a friend that would do it. but i dont know i would store it while i was waiting for my turn on the stand. or how i would sneak it into the container. if someone was watching me..

but how do you store the pee when you go in for your test?

 

^put it in a condom tie that shit closed tight, and tape it under your ballsack, which is very important, keeps the piss the body temperture, and ur good to go.

 

Highly probable you'll piss clean. 3 days of smoking ain't going to resaturate the system. How much did you smoke in those three days?

Do you know what court is?? Its a paper route.. People there push paper..Just show the fuck up and go home.. Get some cash.. Find out what the court cost is b4 hand..

Money makes paper disappear for some small shit. the more you lighten up the caseload for them the better they will play ball with you// .. unless you want a payment plan and a babysitter..
