Could someone help me with this old french writing?

I found a old pocket watch from the 1800s, and it has some inscription inside it. And i would really like to know what it says, hoping to find someone who can help me, i dont even know if it is french, but i belive it is.

the inscription says:
Anchel
Lovèes (maybe Lovus) visibles
Double Plateau
Spiral Breguet
15 Rubies

it seems you are the happy owner of an ancient Breguet Watch, probably something very valuable.
For the translation, I don't know what means Anchel and Lovèes or Lovus but it is probably the model of the watch.
Then, they continue with technical informations (maybe a little difficult for me)
Double plateau could be translated by Double board.
Spiral mean what it means in English (probably the system of the watch) and Breguet is the brand name.
15 rubies are the gems on this watch.
