Well, we got confrontations and we got our agreements. I say the hell with it. Me being the slightest hippy that I am, confront one another, fight against each other. Kill if you want, but respect the reprimand. I don't care what you do. I got my box of bullets and my rifle to say you shouldn't touch a damn hair on me. Now if all hippies would grow some enthusiastic point of views and actually fight for what's right. Kill, Kill, Kill, sickening to me, sickening to you. Forget the past, forget the future. Figure your own path. We can't live amongst past heroes. That's just insane just like a hobo of the VietNam Veteran telling me " I'm attaching myself to something that can't exsist, and to me, that's the definition of insanity. " I say, we fight to what's right. It's takes blood to fix blood. Come on people, let's fight. Start a revolution and start a fight. Let's forget the past and start a new past. Instead of revolving around the past, like so many of us do (including me), let's fight for the new. It ain't a matter of imitating, it's a matter of forming. And today, this day in May, I propose a new revolution. The revolution of democracy without the killing to bleed the knee, forfeit the oil, become free.
The past is what you learn from. This is where humans build off of. You learn from your mistakes. Its a valuable part of nature, friend. And physical violence has its ups and downs along with all other forms of human contact. I still think though that the way to be is to negotiate. War sucks because its all selfish and its so easy. Even in the Bible it states that its harder to talk calmly, to be patient, to be content and together when all thing are apart. Its easier to let out in anger and hate. But results are better from the first end of the stick. Thats what I live by.
You not only can learn from your mistakes. You can learn from others mistakes. Negatiation to me is a better way than war. But war is the easy way out now, because thats how our ancestors created it. If they couldnt solve their differences which not many people can. They beat the shit out of eachother. Or start another world war. I just think people want too much control. And the ones that dont just follow the ones that get control.
