well i have been back in my lil cube now for almost two months...it is going ok, i am liking the PAYCHECK aspect of the job I have actually had a little extra money to buy stuff for my phamily!!and it isnt a HELL like I first expected it wold be..i have even been dressing a lil different...as to not upset the villagers LOL, just to keep from making waves in the office. Don't get me wrong I still have red stripes in my hair and everything I own is neon pink, but I figure its better if I don't draw so much attention to myself, that way no one notices me, the less they notice me, the more drama free my life will be!!!!!!!!..so go ahead and say "DAMN FUNKY, YOU SOLD OUT!!"
i am proud of myself coming back to a "REAL" job. it's nice this time around. i sit here all day, take a few calls, get up and walk around whenever I wan't... and the best part... I DONT WORK FOR MY HUSBANDS AUNT THIS TIME!! I think the way she treated me when I worked here before completely turned me off to having a JOB! But when this company called me and wanted me to come back, and even offered me more pay... how could I refuse.......HUGE EGO BOOST! lol
Oh yes! It's difficult working for family sometimes! They have to know all your business & then they'll dangle that paycheck over your head...Congrats on being back in the mines! It's best not to push the envelope at work,don't give anyone any fuel to toss back on you later!( I worked in medical records at a large hospital for 2(two!) years. That was my one & only 'office' job. The 'team leader' was a dirty,lazy,pea-brained redneck.She really DID smell bad. She dogged me one morning & til she finally got on my LAST NERVE! I cursed her & told her she was going to fuckin' pay! Needless to say,it was my 3rd write up & security escorted me to the parking lot,ha! It's in the handbook not to curse & threaten stupid bitches! I missed that part,HA! I don't work well in close quarters,with bunches of snippity,women,"hiss,spit,yowl,"...........Celeste does not play well with others Any way,GOOD LUCK!!!!!
lol it is all ladies in here, so you can imagine the gossip and b/s that goes along with the job. I stay in my cube all day!! and when its time to hit the break room , i keep my conversation to a bare minimum!!
