Corona 19 surge in Midwest.

    Does anyone know how the corona 19 numbers are being created in the midwest? Are they supposedly asymptomatic cases? Do they have merit like hospital admittances? If the midwest is really being hit with a flu like virus it would have to be the second wave or a mutated version of the first one ,would it not?
