I have never been pulled over by the cops because of my dead stickers on my car...yet. Do they pull over guys only?

    i have mostly inconspicuous ones.

my phish sticker is a Days Inn mock says "Treys In"

but, i do have a "our love shall not fadeaway" jerry memorial sticker (my favorite)

they don't get me pulled over. i have only been pulled over twice. once for having a tail light out and once for speeding and god was i speeding (90 in a 65 zone).

i lived in a motorhome with a 7x7 foot steal yer face painted on it and drove it coast to coast countless times, did multiple tours with all the fixins. didnt get pulled over nearly as many times as you'd think seeing as how im still here to tell ya about it. we were dusty crusty kids with dogs, rope heads and really loud music and really strong lsd. we did just fine. i acually got pulled over a few weeks ago in my volvo that had a steal yer fractal sticker and false tags. needless to say they took the sticker and the car.

In New York State, having a Grateful Dead sticker on your car IS PROBABLE CAUSE! I had half a dozen friends searched and seized in the 90s on the Thruway. They all were told by the prosecutor that having a GD sticker on their car was why they were pulled over and that it was considered probable cause for search in New York.

The last Grateful Dead concert I saw (Giants Stadium, New Jersey 1995) on the way threre (on the New Jersey Turnpike) every person that was pulled over had Grateful Dead stickers on their vehicle. (Even 15-25 miles away!)

I never had a Grateful Dead bumper sticker on any vehicle I ever drove. I knew if I had a GD sticker, it would be like having a sticker reading;''Please pull me over, and search my car, and make me walk the line'' [IMG]

I had lots Dead and Phish stickers on my car when I lived in VT and never had problems. Then again thats VT the cops there tend to be pretty tolerant.

Florida has stickers as probable cause as well.

I think being a rope headed puppy puller is the line now.

I got pulled over about 10 years ago for speeding and the cop says, "don't you know phish is spelled with an F??" I had a stealie and a phish sticker on my car that read, "Work is for people who don't phish".
