yes to most all of those questions. I do screw up changing the size of something sometimes where it won't come out centered or I'll make it too big for the paper, but everyting else I can do.

The only thing I hate about the copier at work is that the paper jams in the thing all the time.

I've just worked in a lot of offices where I was one of the only knowledgeble people who knew how to work a copier, so I got stuck doing it.

I work for a not for profit so we don't have a staple function either. all of our copiers were donations so most of them are broken in someway...maybe that's why i can't figure it out...

Kung Fu copy master here...staple, collate, etc. The new one we have at work has an ethernet port and you can copy directly to PDF via the network, and its stored on a server that all the folks at the workhouse can access. Delicious.

I made the mistake of letting someone see me clear my own jam, now my Reputation precedes me.
I've never been allowed to do anything but clear paper jams.
Others run my copies because of Gratitude...*L*

The simple ones are okay, I knew the one at my former workplace pretty well, how to change the size, how to make them darker/lighter, and make multiple copies. I don't think they had a stapler, and to make a double-sided copy you had to copy one side first and then put the sheet of paper back in the tray... Also knew where the toner was, it needed to be shaken & put back all the time. The fancier the copier, the harder it gets, just so many more buttons and all. I don't need copies very often anymore so usually it's quicker to just ask, & I really rarely need anything in a different size since I don't work in an office anymore.

the copier here is a piece of shit. It only has a few of those funtions. I know how to do everything the copier will let me do. the rest of it just doesn't work.

    Damn E-bay.
