    sounds like risky business. if america were the country it pretends to be it might be less so, but you know, the main thing, EVERYBODY needs to calm down and be more polite.
    not to long ago people were always telling me to 'chill'
    well on line, in the safety of annonymity, is the place to discuss issues and make voices heard.
    over simplifying a situation in real life, you trash the balrog and i'll climb a tree.
    whatever the letter says, courts set precident, and different precident may apply in different courts.
    cops are supposed to know this as well as pass the physical, and anyone facing a potentially confrontational situation, needs to understand it as well.
