I dont eat a lot of meat, so i don't really like to cook with it. However my boyfriend LOVES meat, all meat, any meat, he loves it. What's something easy and yummy that doesnt require me handling the meat so much?
    Thanks for your help!

umm, throw it in a pan, and cook it. lol, its best on the grill though.
if you use a pan, i fry strip steaks and T-bones in a little bit of olive oil. delmonico's have to be on the grill.
(make sure you let them cook for a minute before u try to flip them, otherwise the olive oil with make the steak stick to the pan.. letting them fry for a few minutes also creates a burn seal, helps keep in juices, and juices = flavor)

a very good and easy marinade, you can just soak the steak in bowl with:
Italian dressing (use good dressing) with some fresh pepper for 30 minutes to a hew hours in the fridge.. makes the steak tender as all hell, and gives it a nice taste when cooked too. i usually try to have it marinade for at least an hour.

some people think marinading in italian dressing would be an overpowering taste, but it is delicious, not overpowering, great balanced steak flavor, with a tangy taste.

Prepare a hot fire in a grill. Let the steak stand at room temperature for 20 minutes to take off the chill.I like to rub the meat with a wet paste of fatback, garlic, and rosemary.Put the steak on the hot grill and cook on the first side for 6 to 8 minutes, rotating the steak 90 degrees after 4 minutes to create cross-hatching. Flip the steak over and grill the other side for a little bit less time, 5 to 6 minutes, rotating the steak 90 degrees after 3 to 4 minutes. Move the steak to a cooler part of the grill or reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes longer for medium-rare (about 135 F on an instant-read thermometer). Remove to a cutting board and let rest for 5 to 7 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Pick a high-tannin, full-fruiter red and you won't go wrong. If you like big, fruit-foward, high-alcohol wines, a California Cabernet is the right call. If you favor Old World wines, pull out a favorite Bordeaux. If you are an Italophile, look for a big Tuscan red. A Sassicaia is a good choice but isn't always easy to find.

if you dont like handeling the meat then crock poting the meat is a good & easy way of cooking it.

there are many recipies that are fantastic for crock pot cooking. if you live in a cold place & its winter at the moment then a stew is fantastic. chop lodes of root veggies like carrots, parsnip & turnip & put these in to the bottom of the crock pot. cubed potatoes also in the bottom, a chopped onion, a couple of chopped leaks on top of the potatoes & root veggies. get some cubed chicken breast, or cubed brasing steak & stick this on top of the veggies. pour in 2 cups of water, some chicken or beef stock depending on what meat your cooking, some mixed herbs & a large spoon of peanut butter. put the lid on, cook on low for 4-8 hours without lifting the lid or stiring (this lets out all the heat & will take longer for the meal to cook). before your ready to serve (if the cooking pot can be removed from the heat base & put on the hob then do this but if not it dosent matter) slowly stir in some gravey granuels to thicken the liquid & add it bit more taste. serve with yorkshire puddings, yummy.

a fantastic healthey meal, hardly any effort, no manual cooking & you dont even have to touch the meat if you buy already cubed meat.
