WHere are the best ital recipies or does anyones have any of their own? i recedntly got into rasta cooking and religion.

ok, i understand mama, but why must you point this out? Anyway I now feel like i have to defend myself. I don't feel it is contradictory. I have eaten ital food before without knowing that it was called ital and that food made me ire. I don't see any contradiction there. Its like saying you can't know that you like cake unless you know that its called cake This is all just a very silly semantic exercise. I'm sorry to have to distract from the awsomeness of ital food. I'm gonna go eat some jerk tempeh.
