Well actually got to speak to the owner of the company and was told there is no way it shall happen again. He will personaly speak to the parties involved and if I ever have an issue again call him directly and he gave me his cell # and his home #.
don't know what happened, but thats good the owner will speak to others invovled and that he gave you his phone numbers. sounds like he cares for his employees
Yeah was pretty impressed, I would have been all smiles if he had just been a manger and had said all was fine and it would not happen again.
