   Anyone know how to convert DPT HCl powder to DPT freebase oil?

   Dissolve DPT.HCl in small amount of water. Add base until the solution is sufficiently basic to be precipitating amber DPT oil. Filter and collect oil/goo or add organic solvent and separate phases. evap the organic layer. That's the gist of it.
