constant sounds while tripping

Has anyone ever been tripping and in the back of your head you keep hearing the same sound over and over?
one time i took 4 hits of some middy dose and i kept hearing tom green saying alexander birthday like a million times
and another time when i was on 2 hits of the bombest shit ive ever taken i kept hearing my aunt saying "its the same again but different" or something like that it was just kind of like a tone.

anybody?

But anyway i think it is quite common. Maybe not the whole trip but everyone is different.

Is it something you hear or kind of like a thought in your head that isnt coming from you?

 

It happens to me nearly every trip for at least some portion of the trip.

 

It happens to me before I go to sleep, or when I'm kinda falling asleep.

It's usually like babies crying, or a song that's stuck in my head gets REALLY DEAFENING LOUD.

Yup.

 

Yeah for sure, or that really annoying hook from that really annoying song you don't even like or liked for 3 seconds but its not tattood on your brain.

It's quite normal, the best way to get around it is to not sweat about it. Aknowledge it, but don't invest any emotion in it. Just sort of mentally say "Yup, I see youre there, and I respect that. I wish this other thing however".

Its one of those things you cant force, you have to fully let go to and then it will start going away.

Can't say that I have, but I do hear all sorts of crazy shit when I'm about to fall asleep. I used to kinda freak out about it, of course that made it worse. Basically do what Mr. Writer said, accept that it's there, don't fight it, suddenly you don't care that it's there at all and realize it was you doing it to yourself the whole time.

this happens to me when I smoke alot of weed

what you have to do is put a sick beat to it and some extra layers of melody

when you get enough extra layers on it, you can't even tell what the original sound was that was repeating

I was sitting in a bar, with a half gallon of milk and a head of cabbage.

And this guy kept trying to talk to me, and he thought I was crazy, and I thought he was crazy.

i "hear voices" sometimes when i'm falling asleep, but i don't recall it ever happening on L. it's not saying kill everyone or something like that, it's just my dad saying a not fully comprehensible sentence, or some kind of repeating loop, etc.

the only noises i hear when tripping and its quiet is a "wawawawawawawa" during the peak, and sometimes as im coming down it sounds like there is a freeway right outside of my house

 

What happens to me is that if have been tripping at a party with very loud music, after it is normally that you have the beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep in your hears after it, so insted of the beeep I hear the beat that was been played at the party, I can hear the pumchis pumchis pumchis. I called it a sonic hallucination
