Alright so I've got the house to myself all day, and the only substance I have is Salvia D. So I say "fuck, I'll use my new dugout to get a mini hit of the stuff". It works wonderfully - I feel the Salvia, but I'm not quite "tripping". It's a nice feeling. 10 minutes later, i say "lets do that again!". Now, I used the same dugout so i expected to get the same effects. Instead, I tripped and landed on my face. Oh christ, I didn't expect to have a salvia trip from that. But I did, and it didn't take very much salvia at all (though this is 10x). Normally we fill a bowl completely and smkoe it all. I just had the same trip by hitting a dugout once, then again 10 minutes later. Not only that, but the trip lasts longer I think. I'm still there a bit right now, so forgive any errors here.
even if the 10x is thoroughly & evenly mixed, if you smoke before you are down you go up on top. i.e. say you got to -L- on the first toke. S-A-L- on the S-A-L-V-I-A scale, then you slide back to -A- and take the same amount again you will then get to -I- S-A- +3 =S-A-L-V-I- good thing you waited a few minutes or you would have gone to the second -A- which is amnesia.
after ~2hours you are at baseline, some use 20 minutes, but I would not drive then. others consider that the 3day afterglow can be considered as level 0.5 (one half)
it's interesting how i have conserved salvia without the least bit of effort on my part. for some reason, i can't use salvia time after time. my salvia use averages out to about two or three sessions per month. it's like... salvia won't let me use it more than i should... if anyone knows what i'm talking about... the Shepherdess knows best, and won't let me abuse her.
I've noticed that too. When I first started using Salvia I smoked 3-4 times a week but now I'm back to about once a week, if even that. Sometimes it's 10-12 days between use. I really think that alot of people that use drugs have a chemical imbalence in their brains and they're simply looking to balance it out. Salvia helps to balance me out and now that I've used for a while it doesn't take as many "trips" per week to keep me balanced. I did some fresh leaf last night, 4 good size leaves from my plants, and got a heck of a nice buzz after holding the chewed up leaf in my mouth for about 10 miniutes. Fresh is really the best way to go in my opinion.
