Confusing hand signals, think I am fucked?

So this is not related to pot but still related to the cops.

I was driving today and came upon an intersection where for some reason police were directing the traffic. I slowed down but I thought I was waved on by the officer. I guess I was not because as I went by he smacked my window really hard (the light was green and no other cars were at the intersection). He never got into his car, and made no attempt to pull me over. Probably because he could not leave the intersection. I am pretty sure I can't get a ticket in the mail, and even if I did there is no proof that I was driving. I doubt he even had time to get my plate and since the light was green the camera that records you running the red light would not have been on. His dash cam would have only recorded the side of my car passing where no plate can be seen. I guess even if I do get one how severe could it be? My guess is the smack was just anger. He was upset his cock was not acknowledged by me.

Yeah cops need to be more consistent with their signals. My dad ran into one at a construction site who did the "pat" motion as if to say slow down, so my father did but kept driving. The cop got furious because he thought he was saying stop fully.

Fuck them.

 

I looked it up and the technical charge could get me 90 days in jail or 1000 in fines if I had been pulled over it's "failure to obey officer hand signals" and people do get charged with but they always get pulled over by the cop right after. I'm glad people agree, it was very confusing. Why would I need to stop in a situation of a green light, and no accident. I hope he broke his hand because my car is fine haha. What kind of ass punches a car?

And also i think you should be ok man. I dont think you can really get a ticket after the fact in this case.......
