I am really confused on the whole idea of certain strains of weed having different effects http://www.a1b2c3.com/drugs/mj028.htm I am aware of thc, c, thcv ect and how you need thc to get high, but tbd and other cannabinoids effect the high I do know about indica and sativa and mixes all that jazz At first I thought I had a clear idea of it; indica is often more of a clump, bushy bulb of weed, sativa more leafy and hairy in strands But then after looking at more potent strains of weed like northern lights, white widow, orange kush, fire, w/e- I noticed that the ones that where sativa dominant and indica dominant looked the same... no rules of more leafy, lighter color, bulbish, etc applied to sativa vs indica ...Uhg Can someone sum up the ways to tell the difference between sativa and indica in appearance, both while growing (plant) and dried for use? Also clarify the effects of more indica dominant vs sativa dominant strains in terms of dreamy, energetic, other effects? the effects of cannabidiol, thcv etc Anyother feedback
The only way you can tell if a strain is indica or sativa is by looking at the plant you get the bud from. Indica is more thicker and darker leaves and sativa is a brighter thinner leave. Indica-body high, nice calm relaxed high Sativa-Head high, this strain tends to make you "trip out" more than the indica.
Another question: whats the difference between smoking a little high grade weed like white widow vs smoking a lot of low grade weed? That always puzzles me
IMO you get a waaaay better high with dank weed than smokin some low grade shit. The high lasts longer and you wont get a headache often from smokin delicious good shit.
While growing, the differences between a sativa and an indica are quite evident...a sativa will usually grow quite tall and have sparcer buds, whereas an indica will be shorter, bushier and has narrow spaces between the buds...the sativa has narrow leaves and an indica has wide leaves. After buds are harvested and cured, it is harder to tell the difference by sight, however, a sativa gives a cerebral high. I like to smoke sativa's during the day, as they give you an energy boost, make any type of work or play easier, more enjoyable. The indica's are the couch-lock weed. I love to smoke them at night to totally relax or before bed to help me get sleep. For medical users the indica's are best for pain control, the sativa's can be good for people suffering from depression, but some are to powerful and cause paranoia... Peace...j.b.
its a better high, but also different. regs and mids is like a good tobacco buzz, and danks is like getting hammered without the negatives of alcohol.
