Concerned about a rash..

i dont know what its from, i havent had sex in a while so i dont think its an std, but i have a big red rash on the inside of my thigh near my vagina and i was kinda concerned about it. its a little swollen and hurts if i rub my legs together. its about the size of my palm. anyone have any ideas?

 

a photo would help...but if i were to guess..maby a heat rash, or maby you have a pimple, but under the skin. Is the rash/bump really hard in the middle?

 

heat rash..or possibly from rubbing or even any feminine products or alergy to something used to clean your clothes..
slightly possible its a external yeast problem..which could cause like an almost crusty rash

 

I think it's probably a heat rash. Cornstarch usually helps with those. I used to get them as a kid.

 

well its gone now, i used the cornstarch and it did help so mustve been a heat rash
