Everything showing is too far to the right. I've looked through all the options and can't fix it. For example --At first the whole display about half size--then a guy at the apple store( I phoned) said to go to the very bottom at the right side and move the display to square it up that way. Earlier---it was too far to the left. I can't get the damn thing centered or resized just a little to show the display correctly on BOTH SIDES/ FULL SCREEN. DON'T KNOW HOW I CAUSED IT. Anyway, it's an Apple desk top I got when I replaced my old one that was using windows. It was easy on windows to just put the mouse thingy on the margins and move them. Anyone have an idea on this??
Well--I'm dicked, I guess. It cuts off so that I can't see page 2 on any thread. Sheeeeiiit. The thingy at the bottom that will move the threads back and forth is gone.
No, I mean the right part of the page is way too far to the right and beyond the margin----I can only see as far as edit because it's out of sight ----
The old computer I had running windows was easy to move margins. You know--just put the little arrow on any margin and move it in --out -up down, etc. I can't seem to figure out how to move the right margin towards the center of the screen.
OK--I see what you meant. The whole thing moved back and forth------so it must be sized a little too big because it will show properly on one side or the other when I moved it--but not both. So I guess---well--I don't know.
Are you talking about your physical display or just a window on the screen? For a window, just click the green dot at upper left. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Last OS I used was 10. something-or-other... Think it was called Tiger. There was one corner that you could resize the window with and it had hashmarks. Move the window so you can see that corner. Shrink it down some. Re center and shrink it more if needed.
Thanks-------sons have been using Apple only, sooooooooo. It's different than winders for sure----------
Next time just buy a second monitor, that way you get part of it on one and the rest on the other, then what's supposed to be on the second monitor will wrap around to the first one. C'mon, it'll look cool...that's what they'd want you to do.
