check IC.org, there's lot's in canada, just look. or if you want to build your own start something and stop dreaming(sorry for being brusk, I'm loosing patience with all these people saying there in and then expect me to carry them, while they sit and expect something to build itself. )
not yet, looking into a few sites, mostly gathering money till the end of summer and then hopefully buying something in october when land prices start dropping.
